By installing and using Nonfollowers app (the "App") or visiting www.nonfollowers.com (the "Site"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app. The materials contained in this app are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.

Nonfollowers may revise these terms of use for its app or the Site at any time without notice. By using Nonfollowers app (the "App") or visiting www.nonfollowers.com (the "Site"), you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

3. Service:

Nonfollowers provides services to analyze user exported data from Instagram.

4. User Conduct:

You agree not to use the Nonfollowers services for any illegal activities or to use it for any other purpose that is not permitted by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

5. Fees & Payments:

Certain services require payment. Subscription Fees are paid according to selected tariffs, and purchased content and in-app purchases are subject to Nonfollowers's management. Nonfollowers reserves the right to change the prices for its services at any time. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

6. Refunds:

All purchases are final and non-refundable, Nonfollowers does not offer refunds for any purchases or subscriptions. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Subscription Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). You will not receive a refund for the current period, and your access to the service will continue until the end of the current period.

8. Liability:

The application is provided "as is," with the provider disclaiming warranties. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused from the use of our service.

9. Intellectual Property:

Nonfollowers owns all proprietary rights in our platform. Unauthorized use of our service may result in legal action(s).
